Labour prices below. Parts are extra and always agreed first. If something’s borderline, we’ll offer the thrifty option and the lasting one.

How we price

Quoted labour is the job as described. If we open it up and find a seized bolt or a cracked part, we pause and check with you before adding anything. Cash, card, or bank transfer.

Quick jobs

Often same-day if you drop in before mid-afternoon.

  • Puncture repair (one wheel) Find leak, patch or new tube, reseat tire, inflate to spec.

Brakes

Rim and disc. We’ll say if pads alone will sort it.

  • Brake adjust (per brake) Cable tension, pad toe-in, lever feel.

  • Hydraulic disc bleed (per brake) Fresh fluid, lever firmness restored. Mineral or DOT as specified.

Gears & drivetrain

Skipping, grinding, or “only works in three gears”.

  • Gear index & adjust Front and rear. Limit screws and cable tension set properly.

Wheels & hubs

Wobbles, loose spokes, gritty hubs.

  • Wheel true (minor) Lateral and radial within reason. Spoke tension evened out.
